Leaders need to know! The new generation will resign soon because of these two big problems

The new generation Gen-Z (born between 1997-2012) was found to retire sooner than the previous generation due to two major problems: the risk of high anxiety and stress in the workplace. According to research by the Monkey Workforce Survey.
Kathleen Pike, a professor of psychology at Columbia University and CEO of One Mind at Work, says Gen-Z workers are facing more pressure than their predecessors as they grow up in the world. The technology has broken the boundary between work life and personal life. Professor Pike explained that in the past, nothing could happen as suddenly as it does today, and when the older generation returned home, they were completely cut off from their jobs, but now people are not. Not so.
According to a study under the theme "Mental Health and Well-Being 2023" conducted by AXA, 51% of the Gen-Z staff in Asia are feeling unwell. Work while they are also in need of encouragement. Of all the countries in Asia, Thailand has the highest number of Gen-Z sufferers.
